Join us the evening of May 22 and morning of May 23 for STEP Forward MT: Women in Manufacturing.
The STEP (Science, Technology, Engineering and Production) Ahead Awards recognize women in manufacturing who exemplify leadership within their companies. This national honor identifies the best of the best women in the manufacturing industry, and further encourages women to mentor and support the next generation of female talent to pursue manufacturing careers.
The STEP Forward program gives manufacturers an opportunity to raise awareness of their company and manufacturing as a whole by showcasing existing female talent and providing unique leadership opportunities to better retain and develop that talent.
Come network with us May 22 during a reception at the Holiday Inn Missoula Downtown. We’ll convene the morning of May 23 with a half day event featuring breakfast, panels and a keynote address from Addie Lordemann.
Addie Lordemann (pictured), Sr. Manufacturing Engineer for 3M, is a Montana native (Glendive) and a graduate of Montana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical & Biological Engineering. In 2016, Lordemann received a prestigious national award, the STEP Ahead Emerging Leaders Award, through the Manufacturing Institute of the National Association of Manufacturers.
