HELENA– Join the Montana Chamber of Commerce and other leaders from across the state Jan. 10-11 during the 18th annual Business Days at the Capitol.
Events will be held at the Helena Civic Center and the Best Western Premier Helena Great Northern Hotel.
This annual event held on the eve of the candidate filing brings together businesses, lawmakers and other leaders from around the Treasure State. The keynote speaker for the Last Word closing luncheon is Robert (Bob) A. Nystuen, market president for Glacier Bank and a Board of Regents member.
“This year we have a great line up of speakers who will bring important insight to some of the most pressing topics in Montana,” said Webb Brown, Montana Chamber president/CEO. “We hope folks are looking forward to diving into our panels and hearing from legislative leaders as we prepare for the 2019 Legislature.”
Using the Montana Chamber’s ten-year strategic plan Envision 2026 as a blueprint, Business Days will host several panels focusing on infrastructure, business climate, entrepreneurship and workforce development. These panels will feature speakers from across the Treasure State and will dive into a variety of topics such as career readiness and how to grow Montana’s blossoming high tech industry.
Other popular events include the Eggs and Issues legislative leadership breakfast panel and the Lawmaker Appreciation Reception & Banquet. For the first time this year, there will also be a Business & Industry Showcase.
