Restore the Birthplace of Montana’s Democracy

At a time when understanding government feels more important than ever, Stonewall Hall reminds us of our shared foundation – the belief that community, conservation, and courage can shape the future.

Constructed in 1864, Stonewall Hall is Montana’s original legislative building – the place where Montana’s earliest leaders gathered to define a new government and chart the future of the West. Today, thanks to early supporters, the structure has been stabilized – but restoring it for public use requires continued investment.

Together, we can restore the birthplace of Montana’s democracy – ensuring that its lessons, stories, and spirit inspire generations to come.
