Please join us for a unique training and important planning event for educators and business leaders from across Montana.

The Montana Chamber Foundation is proud to host Kansas-based Youth Entrepreneurs for a one-day seminar on teaching entrepreneurship. The event will kick off on Friday, February 23, at 4:30pm at the Grantree Best Western in Bozeman with a “get to know you” social time and dinner.

Saturday, February 24 from 9am to 2pm we will have the team from Youth Entrepreneurs engage you in their innovative, nationally recognized curriculum. We will also have a preliminary conversation about piloting this curriculum in a small number of Career and Technical Education classrooms during the 2018-2019 school year.

If you do not have professional development funds to cover your travel and lodging expenses, let us know. We don’t want important people, like you, missing the event due to cost. If you do have available professional development funds, we have reserved a block of rooms for $89.00 a night and also appreciate you covering your travel as meals will be provided. Our agenda will be released in January.

If you do commit to attending the event, please review Youth Entrepreneurs’ curriculum and select a couple activities you enjoyed. After searching the country for the right program, we like  Youth Entrepreneurs’ approach because of the results, flexibility and support they provide to classroom teachers. It’s not a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Your input is so important to making this Chamber Foundation initiative effective and sustainable in Montana.

Finally, please tell us about other leaders in education and business you know who ought to be part of this collaboration. A secondary goal of this project is to build stronger ties between our educators and the business community.

We are so excited to see you in Bozeman on February 23!
