JUDICIAL ENDORSEMENTS
With so much information available through parties & other sources, in 2019, the Montana Chamber Board of Directors decided to no longer formally endorse candidates for any office.
However, we noticed there is less information available in nonpartisan judicial races, especially information that represents the interests of the business community. In 2024, the Montana Chamber Board of Directors voted to endorse candidates only in Supreme Court races. It’s important that the voice of business is heard in the judicial branch as well as the executive and legislative branches.

POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE
The Montana Business PAC is hosted by the Montana Chamber of Commerce and exists to support pro-business candidates for legislative and statewide offices. This committee accepts funds from individuals and other Political Action Committees. Montana Business PAC makes contributions directly to pro-business candidates. These funds and expenditures are all reported to the Montana Commissioner of Political Practices.
